This month, Black Pepper Yachts’ teams of technicians are working on automatic fire to finalize the construction of the new Code C.69 series carbon catamarans. Each Code C.69 is custom-built, with a design tailored to the owner’s preferences, lifestyle, and navigation plans.
Custom made
Black Pepper Yachts’ teams work closely with owners and their crews, from initial design to launch, to achieve the best balance between comfort, performance and design. Here are the main targeted areas that can be customized and adapted to the requirements of each user:
- Customised helm stations: on the side decks, in the cockpit or elsewhere, depending on the customer’s sailing preferences.
- Adjustable roof: The width and height can be customized to create a space that perfectly suits your lifestyle and preferences.
- Onboard power: hybrid propulsion, hydrogenerators, solar panels – every detail is designed to meet the specific needs of owners.

Modular interior
The interior design and modular décor can be fully customized to suit everyone’s tastes, lifestyle, and sailing plans.
Thus, the number of cabins, the positioning of the galley on the port or starboard side, as well as the configurations optimized for comfort or performance, are part of the arsenal of customization of each C.69 model.

A brief behind-the-scenes look
Usually, we either see the sketches of a new model or the final product. But this time Black Pepper Yachts gives us some insighs during the production process for the C.69
Code 0.1 “vintage day sailer” with dual personality
The Black Pepper Yacht teams, in collaboration with the Multiplast team, have successfully coordinated several major handling operations in a window of only 24 hours. Here are the stages:
Step 1: Code C.69, as with other vessels in the final stages, leaves the shipyard.

Step 2: Launch of the new platform at the end of the day at Multiplast in Vannes
Stage 3: Overnight towing of the platform from Vannes to Nantes by the Merida of Oceanic Assistance under the supervision of Adrien Hardy.
Step 4: At dawn, Mediaco lifted the platform out of the water, while the Merida maintained a vigilant presence.

Stage 5: Augizeau positions the two Code C.69 units with his truck inside the shipyard in the order of their future exit.
